Sudler Real Estate School offers a full range of Licensing and Continuing Education Classes.
Real Estate Sales Person Licensing Classes- our modularized system allows you to begin a class with any of 12 modules, complete all 12 and then take the final exam. This allows a dynamic and flexible approach to achieving your goal of a real estate license.
Both morning and Saturday classes are available.
Real Estate Broker Licensing Package- the 5- 15 hour Broker classes are offered as a package. Offered several times a year, they allow you to achieve a broker’s license in 5 weekend classes.
Sales Person Continuing Education- offered in our Home Study Package, allows you to complete the 12 hour requirement in a single session final exam. Includes, both 6 hours of Core Courses and 6 hours of Electives.
Broker Continuing Education- a combined home study-classroom program that provides the 6 hour Broker Management Class (classroom), as well as 6 hours of Core Courses (home study) and 6 hours of Elective Courses (home study). Either segment can be taken, separately from the other.
Our classes are taught by Byron Clark. He has 32 years of experience in Chicagoland real estate, as an agent(1976), a broker (1981), a sales trainer (1989) and since 1995 as a licensed pre-license instructor and continuing education instructor. He brings his experience and knowledge to assist you to achieve your goals of attaining or maintaining your real estate license.
